Name: Cold application type hydrogen absorption fiber filling gel

Uses: Used in metal casing, moisture-proof, water-proof, anti-buffering, protect optical fiber. It has the functions of hydrogen absorption, flame retardant and high temperature resistance.

It is suitable for OPGW power cable and optical fiber filling gel to provide good buffer protection for the stability of optical fiber transmission performance in metal bushing.

Main features:

(1) Hydrogen absorption gel products have water repellency to prevent water and moisture near the optical cable from entering the optical cable

(water resistance);

(2) The hydrogen absorption gel product has enough softness in the operating temperature range to allow the fiber to move to the lowest tension position, whether during laying or during operation when it is subjected to bending (such as wind-induced flexural yield stress).

(3) The hydrogen absorption gel product has a certain organization so that the fiber is fixed in the fiber tube rather than completely falling to the bottom of the fiber tube (high temperature characteristics - drip phenomenon).

(4) Hydrogen absorption paste products have excellent product processing performance, and will not slow down or hinder the optical cable manufacturing process during the filling process. For example, excessive viscosity or hardness (thixotropic index value).

(5) Hydrogen absorption gel products have high and low temperature resistance to ensure the safe operation of the cable in various climatic conditions.
